Yes, creating an account and browsing all services, products, and rentals on ServeBasiq is completely free for customers. You only pay the provider for the specific service or product you purchase — no hidden platform fees.

Go to 'Become a Pro' from the homepage, complete your profile, and submit your business details and verification documents. Once reviewed, you can start listing services, products, or rental items and receive inquiries directly from nearby customers.

The Verified Pro badge is given to providers whose identity, business details, and documentation have been reviewed by our team. It signals trust and helps customers confidently choose from vetted, legitimate businesses.

Open your Requests dashboard, select the booking, and choose Cancel or Modify. Cancellation timing and refunds depend on the individual provider's policy, which is listed on their profile.

For most services, payment is arranged directly between you and the provider at the time of service or delivery. For orders placed through ServeBasiq, supported payment modes include UPI, cards, and cash on delivery where the seller offers it.

Post a Requirement lets you describe what you need — for example, a specific rental item or a custom service — and receive quotes from multiple nearby providers. Useful when you want the market to come to you instead of browsing listings.
